Due to the nature of our products (skincare, body care, and personal items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy is in place to protect the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us with:

  • Your order name or number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item(s) if the claim is approved.

We list all ingredients for each product. Acosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

✨ Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as we begin processing immediately.

✨ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once orders are shipped, Acosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Any delivery issues must be filed with USPS.
