PROCESSING
We strive to get your orders sent out as quickly as possible. Please allow 7–14 business days (Monday through Friday) to receive a tracking number once your order is placed.
During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended — please allow up to 20 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be processed.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are determined by USPS and we do not make any profit from shipping. Shipping prices are based on the weight of the items in the package.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you chose local pickup at checkout, please allow 7–14 business days (Monday through Friday) to receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive that email, you may come to the store during our designated pickup hours.
During sales or high-volume periods, pickup orders may take up to 20 business days (Monday through Friday) to be ready.
If none of the available pickup times work for you, please email me, and we can work something out to find a time that fits your schedule.
If your order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup email, your items will be restocked, and you’ll receive a store gift card for the order total minus a $5 restocking fee.
BODY BUTTERS
Our body butters are made from all-natural ingredients that can melt under high temperatures. To avoid melting during shipping, please track your package and make sure it’s not left outside in the sun for too long.
If your body butter melts, simply stir it and place it in the fridge until it solidifies again. It may lose its whipped appearance, but it will still have all the same amazing benefits!
If your body butter arrives half empty, it’s likely due to melting during shipping. Please email us if this happens — we’ll gladly send a replacement, but shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review all details carefully before checking out — especially your shipping address. If an address is entered incorrectly and we don’t see your message in time, it may not be able to be corrected once the order is processed.
If you choose to cancel, we can issue a store gift card for the order total minus a $5 restocking fee. This gift card can be used toward any future purchase.
